When I was a child my family spent summers at a lake, river, in the woods, by the ocean,  in the mountains or even just in our own backyard.  The great outdoors offers a wonderful place to discover new animals, bugs, plants and life.  It's amazing the life that happens just outside our doors.   

In a world full of technology the need to reconnect with the great outdoors is even more needed.  Step outside and walk barefoot in the grass, swim in the ocean, go for a quick hike, or just a walk around the block.  There are so many ways you can energize your spirit, heart and mind just by reconnecting with Mother Earth.
