15 all natural ways to help gas and bloating

1. Peppermint tea

Peppermint is great for soothing upset tummies and easing gas pains. Its essential oil contains menthol, which has an antispasmodic effect of the smooth muscle of the digestive track. It also soothes nerves, and therefore can soothe stomachs that really feel the effect of nervousness and stress. Drink a cup after dinner to help keep things moving slowly.

You will need…

-1 bag of herbal peppermint tea
-1 cup or so of freshly boiled water

Steeping tea seems like something that’s simple enough, but there’s a proper way to go about it. We often times let the tea bag sit in the water for several minutes, then pull the bag and drink the liquid. This doesn’t allow all the goodness of the tea to infuse thoroughly, and we’re shorting ourselves a good chunk of the benefits. After you boil your water, pour it over the tea bag in a mug, and then cover the mug (a plate works fine.) Let it sit for a full 10-15 minutes. Remove the cover and take out the tea bag, squeezing it to get out every last bit of the healing mixture. If it’s too hot to grab, press it against the side of the mug with a spoon. Sip, relax, and enjoy.

2. Let it out

Forever I can remember my mom telling me.. don't hold it in. She'd always say if you hold it in your gonna make your tummy mad.  I know it may sound silly but your tummy depends on your bodies ability to relieve itself.  Yes it can be embarrassing to let it out, but it is imperative to maintain health to be able to do so.   So try your best to find a quiet place to do it, but definitely do it if you need to.

3. Ginger tames

Ginger makes a great tea, it's great mixed in with your recipes and it has an amazing way to tame and calm your nausea, indigestion, or other tummy upsets.  It is capable of performing its wonders because of several different chemical components it possesses. Two chemicals-gingerols and shgaols- relax the intestinal track and ease any inflammation, while the root in its entirety act as a carminative-that is it prevents the formation of excess gas, or helps expel it.

You will need…

-1 fresh gingerroot
-A grater (optional)
-1 cup of boiling water, if making tea
-Lemon and honey (optional)

There are several ways to make gingerroot tea but for gas, we liked this one. Get a medium sized piece of raw gingerroot that looks nice and fresh. Scrub it clean, much like a potato, under warm water. Slice 4-6 thin quarter sized pieces and place them in a large mug. Add a touch of honey or lemon if you like, and then pour very hot water over the slices. Don’t let it boil-turn off the kettle just before or immediately afterwards. Cover and steep for 10 minutes before enjoying. Drink a cup before or after a meal to help with digestion.
Another way to reap the benefits of ginger is to eat a teaspoon of fresh grated ginger before meals, or nibble a root throughout the day.

4. Crunch on caraway

For centuries caraway has been used to give trapped gas in the digestive track a little shove out the back door. In England from the Middle Ages onward, it has been reported to help gas “caused by wind trapped in the body.” Of course air is only part of it but, if you find yourself puffing up from too much trapped gas, munching on a small handful of caraway seeds straight, or caraway crackers if the taste is too strong, might help.

You will need…

-a pinch of caraway seeds OR several caraway crackers
When you feel bloated and you’re unable to pass gas, eat a pinch of caraway seeds or a few caraway crackers. If you suffer from regular bloating due to gas, try eating a pinch every morning until you feel you no longer need to.

5. Drink chamomile tea

If you like the calming effect of chamomile over peppermint a cup of tea may be the way to go. In Germany,  they call chamomile alles zutraut which translates to “capable of anything,” because it is so useful. Antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and just plain relaxing, chamomile can help with gas due to indigestion as well as heartburn, whereas peppermint is better for gas caused solely by indigestion.

You will need…

-1 bag of chamomile tea
-1 cup or so of freshly boiled water
-honey or lemon juice (optional)

Boil approximately 1 cup of water and pour over tea bag. Cover the mug, and let the tea steep for a full 10-15 minutes. Squeeze the bag to get out all the last bits of goodness, and add a bit of honey and lemon if you like. Avoid milk, which tends to trigger gas.

6. Eat pumpkin

Gas is usually caused by improper digestion and nutrition.   Fiber is hard for us to digest, so it passes through our gut in bulk, especially when one does not chew properly. When food does not break down in the small intestine, it goes into the large intestine where natural bacteria feasts on it. As a by-product of their munching they produce a variety of gases, which produces a whole range of problems for us. Pumpkin is helpful because it can reduce the amount of gas created. Eat along with any meal to nip your problem in the bud.

7. Activate your tummy

Activated charcoal can be a great help when you really feel like you've over done it.   Activated charcoal is porous, great at trapping chemicals and binding to toxins, which is why it is used in the case of drug overdoses and for food poisoning.   Especially helpful for holiday dinners when you might be eating items you don't normally eat, also great when you want to do a detox.  Activated charcoal is best taken in capsule form. We have found that 4 capsules is plenty in a normal situation and at times mainly during detox we have taken up to 8 at a time.  If you have any questions about activated charcoal please read the insert provided with the bottle or seek the advice of your physician.

8. Chew Chew Chew

My parents used to tell me.. chew chew chew your food.  At least 70 times before you allow it to pass to your intestines.  I never understood why this was so important.  Not only does gas form by food that has not broken down, but with each chew you are producing essential digestive enzymes and making it easier for the nutrients of your food to be absorbed into your blood stream and easier for your body to digest.

9. Drink warm or cold glass of lemon water

The key is alkalinity. Although lemons appear to be acidic once ingested they become the most alkaline food  to start your day add it to some water and drink.  This has been an age old model trick to kick starting your  metabolism while starting your body off with an a great alkaline kick.   Lemon is good for you in a number of ways, including lending a hand when it comes to easing your gas pain. The acidity in lemon stimulates the production of HCL (hydrochloric acid) which is what breaks down our food. More HCL = food breaking down more efficiently = less bloating and gas. The water flushes your system and keeps your digesting tract moving along smoothly. This mixture also works as a mighty fine way to detoxify your entire body, because the lemon helps the livers enzymes work more efficiently. This is a great daily habit to adopt.

You will need…

-3 fresh lemon wedges OR a fully squeezed lemon
-A cup of water
When you wake up in the morning, before you eat and when you have an empty stomach, warm up one cup of water or live it at room temperature.  Add your fresh lemon by squeezing the juice into the water. Give it a little stir and drink the whole glass. Repeat every morning.

10. Eat foods that can help you

Many of the foods we eat today can do more harm than good reeking havoc on our digestive systems.  Caffeine laden beverages, sugary sweets, fatty fried foods,  processed foods, dairy, grain and a number of other items claiming to be nutritious can cause gas, bloating and eventually even IBS (irrital bowel syndrome). Bad food choices can contribute to more bad bacterial growth in your tummy resulting in more opportunities for bloating, gas and other complications.  Focus on foods that are meant to help you nutritiously with 80% being alkaline and 20% acidic.  CLICK HERE FOR THE ALKALINITY CHART!. Please keep in mind that there are some vegetables like cabbage and broccoli which are known to expel gasses, however these are natural gases that eventually will come to pass leaving you feeling better overall.

11. Get your body moving

Together diet and exercise make one of the most powerful remedies for a vast number of ailments that plague us. If feeling good is something you are looking for you'll need to do a little moving everyday.  Walk, swim, yoga, sports, the gym can all go a long way when it comes to feeling good.  Active lifestyles promote a healthier digestion. Personally I have found that yoga or stretching for an hour every day can really change your life and how you feel.  Yoga is an easy way to naturally effect every organ, tissue, cell and muscle in your body and the results are amazing.

12. Anise Seed

Anise has anti-spasmodic properties and helps to relax your digestive track and any cramping you may be feeling. It is also a carminative, which is just a fancy way to say that it is known to expel pent up gas and relieve the bloating that goes with it.

13.  Enzymes

Digestive enzymes are generally produced when we chew chew chew.  When we chew our saliva produces valuable enzymes Protease, Amalyse and Lipase.  The enzymes then make there way to our stomach and are used to aid in the process of digestion.  When we eat plants especially the green leafy raw kind more enzymes are added from the vegetables; however, if we do not chew enough, if we do not eat enough raw green vegetables and if we eat too many cooked or processed foods then there is a high likelihood that you are enzyme deficient.  I discovered this to be true about myself 3 years ago when I was suffering from allergies.    There are many digestive enzymes you can look into taking. Bromelain can help your body digest proteins better or Super Enzymes are great as an all overall supplement  An enzyme supplement that I have found to be particularly helpful has been Allerase. Enzyme supplements can be found at your local health store or online at http://vitacost.com.

14.  Probiotics

There are about 1000 different bacterial species that can be found in the human gut, including microorganisms like Lactobacillus acidophilus. Each individual is host to its own subgroup of around 160 of those species, like a unique fingerprint. Humans actually have more bacterial cells than human cells - in fact, we are 90% bacteria, and only 10% human cells.

Most of these estimated 100 trillion live bacteria perform valuable functions in our gastrointestinal system, including helping to manage undesirable microorganisms and relieving occasional gas, indigestion and irregularity.

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines probiotics as "live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host". Probiotics are acidophilus-type bacteria that benefit our gastrointestinal tract and aid digestion. The best on the market over the counter that I have found is "Healthy Trinity".  Personally this brand has been a life saver in our lives as well as our dogs lives.

15.  Fermented Foods

Eating fermented foods is something that our ancestors did regularly but with the modern day convenience of processed and packaged food the art of fermentation is left to the  hard core believers.  When you eat a fermented food it is like eating a food that has been partially digested.  It restores the proper balance of good bacteria in the gut.  They are a great source of enzymes that can help you with your digestion. Fermented foods can actually increase your vitamin count and aid in nutritional absorption.  Fermentation can help preserve good food for longer, it is inexpensive and full of flavor.  Go crazy make your own.

Alkalize and revive your life...

Alkalize and revive your life. According to the Conscious Living Center, all foods in nature contain both acid and alkaline-forming elements. Our balance is dependent upon the foods we choose to eat. Too many acid-forming foods can really reek havoc on your health, many are diagnosed with “acidosis” commonly found in diabetics. We all need certain nutrients to maintain alkalinity and if the body can not find what it needs from what we give it then it will start to rob from its own stores, like the bones or other vital tissues – damaging its ability to repair itself and detoxify heavy metals, thereby making a person more vulnerable to fatigue and illness. And the margin for error is small. Even an only slightly acidic pH of 6.9 can actually lead to coma and death.

Of course, the ultimate goal is balance and even eating too many alkalizing foods can lead to other challenges. To help you find balance here are six of the most alkaline-forming foods to work into your everyday meals:

1. Root vegetables

Due to the healing “yang” nature of these foods in traditional Chinese medicine, and their tendency to be more rich in minerals than many other vegetables, it may be safe to say that you can’t get enough of them. Look for radishes especially (black, red or white), as well as beets, carrots, turnips, horseradish and rutabaga. Ready to eat after steaming for just 15-20 minutes, root vegetables will help you feel both satiated and better grounded.

2. Cruciferous vegetables

These are the veggies we all know and love, made even more delicious with just a small amount of healthy, homemade sauce like pesto. Choose from broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and the like. Raw is best.

3. Leafy greens

These include kale, Swiss chard, turnip greens and spinach – of which spinach may in fact be the best pick. Known especially for its rich vitamin K and folate content, spinach is also packed with vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants and fiber, helping to improve digestion and even vision. Raw is best.

4. Garlic

A true miracle food, garlic appears at the top of innumerable lists of foods that encourage overall health, and alkaline-forming food is no exception. Among its other benefits are its ability to promote cardiovascular and immune health by lowering blood pressure, cleansing the liver and fighting off disease.

5. Cayenne peppers (capsicum)
As part of a family of potent, tropical peppers which contain enzymes essential to endocrine function, cayenne is among the most alkalizing foods. It is known for its antibacterial properties and is a rich supply of vitamin A, making it a helpful agent in fighting off the harmful free radicals that lead to stress and illness.

6. Lemons

Lemons may be the most alkalizing food of all. As a natural disinfectant, it can heal wounds while also providing potent and immediate relief for hyperacidity and virus-related conditions, as well as coughs, colds, flu and heartburn. Lemon also works to energize the liver and promote detoxification. Squeeze one lemon into a glass every morning, add a little distilled water and drink.

Why Probiotics?

Probiotics - Mircrobial reinforcements
Under normal conditions our guts are teeming with healthy micro-organisms that serve to promote digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune system functioning.  Stress, dietary changes, intestinal infections, and many pharmaceuticals, especially antibiotics, can deplete our natural reserve of healthy microbes.  Probiotics are live microorganisms (also known as friendly bacteria) that helps our natural intestinal microbial defense system.  Live-culture yogurts are ok but they have a lot of sugar and the sugar can be another barrier to overcome.. so this is not the best source for probiotics, you can also find it in Kefir, kimchi and sauerkraut.  Because our bodies need to maintain healthy doses of good bacteria in order to keep our immune system strong it may be something to consider... the best over the counter one that I have found and use is NATREN "Healthy Trinity"

Understanding the Benefits of Marshmallow Root

Biological Description of Marshmallow Root
(CLICK HERE for the Natural way to dissolve Kidney Stones)
Marshmallow plant or Althaea officinalis is an upright perennial from family Malvaceae. The genus name of the plant - Althaea - comes from Greek word that means ‘associated with healing’. The name is given because of the special qualities of the Mallows to soften and heal. More names of the Marshmallow: March Mallow root, White Mallow root, Althea and Cheeses. Some others are Sweet Weed, Mallards, Mauls, Mortification plant, Mortification Koot, Guimauve (French), Schloss Tea (german), and Wymote.

The plant has a fleshy taproot.  It is a perennial, thick and long, whitish-yellow outside, white and fibrous within. The stem is downy, generally die down in the autumn until the spring comes and it puts out branches again. Velvety leaves are roundish, irregularly toothed at the margin, and thick. They are soft on both sides, as have covering of stellate hairs. Marshmallow flowers are smaller than common Mallow flowers are, of a pale pink color (also paler than the Common Mallow). They are in bloom during August and September. The whole plant abounds with a mild mucilage (especially the root).

Action
The root as well as the leaves contain mucilage – a mucus-like substance that does not dissolve in water (mostly composed of galacturonic acid, glucuronic acid, galactose, arabinose and rhamnose). The root contains 25 – 30 percent of this substance (the leaves – only 16%). Thanks to this substance the plant can swell up and become slippery when wet. It gives the root an ability to soothe irritated tissue, particularly mucous membranes, and to loosen a cough or even pass a stone.

Other active compound in the root are different polysaccharides, L-rhamnose, D-galactose, D-galacturonic acid and D-glucuronic, as well as highly branched L-arabifurranan and trisaccharide.

Marshmallow root has the following properties:

  • It is astringent – has a binding effect
  • Diuretic – it increases the secretion and flow of urine
  • Lithotriptic - dissolves urinary calculi (stones)
  • Emollient - soothes inflamed tissue, softens and protects the skin
  • Demulcent - soothes damaged or inflamed surfaces
  • Mucilant – the herb protects mucous membranes and inflamed tissues
  • Tonic – it nourishes and refresh the entire body
  • Galactogogue – Marshmallow promotes the flow of milk in breastfeeding mothers
  • Laxative – it stimulates bowel movements
  • Vulnerary – gives additional help in healing of wounds by protecting against infection and stimulating cell growth
  • Nutritive – assists in the process of assimilating food and nourishes the body
Health Benefits
Its abundance of mucilage makes Marshmallow an excellent demulcent and emollient – these properties make it useful in inflammation and irritation of the alimentary canal, and of the urinary and respiratory organs. Decoctions of the plant (especially of the root) are excellent in painful complaints of the urinary organs, exerting a relaxing effect upon the passages.

The decoctions are also effective in curing bruises, sprains or any ache in the muscles, burns and inflammations. Good for any localized irritations, abscesses, different injuries. Marshmallow helps to minimize skin inflammatory processes, thus improving wound healing processes.

Marshmallow mildly stimulates the immune system at cellular level.

My Favorite Cleanses

When I started on my quest to reverse the disorder in my body, I bought books, I combed the internet, I polled others and then I went to work at a health food store where I learned about some of the best cleanses and easiest ways to detox your body.

All of these methods were very effective and brought very little stress to my already stressed out body.  The trick is to only eat fruits, vegetables and occasionally fish while you are doing a cleanse.  All other foods can take you away from your cleanse and can actually hender your cleansing process.  Because I was focused on the yeast cleanse during all of my cleanses I eliminated all sweet fruit and sweet vegetables.  Sweet fruit would be oranges, tropical fruits, bananas, peaches, pears, raisins and plums.   I mainly eat grapefruit, lemon, lime and any berries. Sweet veggies include carrots and tomatoes.  By eliminating the sweet fruits and veggies you help your body cut down on the amount of sugar being processed.  Sugar creates havoc all by itself, even the "good" kind, especially in a body full of inflammations.  While it is important for me to eliminate the possibility for candida (yeast) to grow it is even more important to me to cut back on any foods that might create inflammations.  Inflammations for me means my endometriosis might have a reason to speak up and pain from endo is just not worth the sugar intake for me.

Here is a list of each cleanse I did:
  • Yeast cleanse first because it gave me immediate results (took 5 months to get rid of the candida, but candida is the cause of many of our disorders).  For more information on candida you can find it on mercola.com or google it.
    • Probiotics (1 daily - Natren or Garden of Life)
    • Yeast Cleanse - by solaray (follow the bottle)
    • Chlorophyll (2 x's daily 1 tsp to an ounce)
    • Nutrition - focus on veggies (as much raw as possible) fruits (grapefruit, lemon and berries) nuts, seeds and fish(limited) (NOTHING ELSE)
  • Gallbladder cleanse
    • Lemon and Olive oil before bed (you can get a recipe for this online) Drink it right before bed and lay on your side
    • Gallstonex - by Solaray (follow the bottle)
    • Probiotics (1 daily - Natren or Garden of Life)
    • Chlorophyll (2x's daily - liquid)
    • Nutrition stick with Yeast cleanse diet
  • Kidney and Liver Cleanse
    • Milk Thistle (follow the bottle - liquid)
    • Marshmallow root tea ( 1 tsp to 1 tblspn in a cup of hot water - heat the water add the marshmallow - blend in a blender and drink - tastes like lima bean :) )
    • Dandelion root (tablespoon in the am/pm)
    • Total Kidney Cleanse - by Solaray (follow the bottle)
    • Probiotic (Natren or Garden of Life - 1 time a day)
    • Chlorophyll (2 x's daily - liquid is best)
    • Nutrition - stick with yeast cleanse diet
  • Heavy Metal Detox and Colon Cleanse

DO NOT do any of these cleanses unless you are living a reasonably healthy lifestyle.  There are no shortcuts to real health! Taking sudden and extreme action could make you feel worse, not better.  A probiotic can help you make it thru the most challenging days of your cleanse.  Prepare by taking some time off and make sure that you have the support of your family and friends.  This blog is intended to help offer natural, holistic solutions that have helped many and in no way replaces the need for medical attention.  If you have an emergency you should always consult your physician.

Kidney and Liver Cleanse

To help my body function better I went ahead and did the Kidney and liver cleanse right after the gallbladder cleanse.

Toxic build-up in the kidneys and liver can have negative effects not only on the digestive system but on all aspects of the body’s functioning. It can cause any number of ailments from chronic fatigue, to insomnia, to high blood pressure, to acne. When you do a kidney/liver cleanse, you may still have unrelated health issues, but at least you can feel secure in the knowledge that you’ve done everything you can to make sure that your system is clean and uncontaminated by toxins and other unnatural materials.

The hardest part of the cleanse is the Marshmallow root tea.  Here is a quick recipe to help it go a little easier for you.

What you need:
1 teaspoon of Marshmallow root
1 cup of water

(or if you'd like to premake the tea use the above formula to figure out how much Marshmallow root you need to each cup you need to boil)

Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan or tea pot
Add in your Marshmallow root and stir
Turn the heat off
Pour the mix into a blender or shaker
Blend or shake until smooth
Pour into a cup and drink - add a pinch of stevia for sweetness

If you have made more for later store in a container in the refrigerator, when you are ready for a cup pour one cup and let it sit out for one hour until it is room temperature then drink.  Do this as many times as you can stand.

Gallbladder Flush

This year I had a gallbladder attack.  Keep in mind I do not eat fatty foods, I am mostly on a raw vegetable, fruits and fish diet.   So how did I have a gallbladder attack?  Stress!!  This was the doctors explanation that I had given myself a stress stone.   Call it a blessing or a curse the stress stone landed me in bed for a month while I did a gallbladder cleanse and recovered from the pain of apparently passing the stone.  My insides felt bruised, my energy was gone and the right side of my body ached.   It literally took me the whole month to recover and I gave the time to myself to heal.

I do not recommend that anyone should do this cleanse if they find themselves in the middle of a gallbladder attack but for me it was my only option and luckily for me it worked. You do not have to wait until your body is in distress to do this cleanse and I recommend doing it when you can take the time to do it.

Gallbladder cleanse

  • Lemon and Olive oil before bed -  Drink it right before bed and lay on your side
  • Gallstonex - by Solaray (follow the bottle)
  • Probiotics (1 daily - Natren or Garden of Life)
  • Chlorophyll (2x's daily - liquid)
  • Nutrition stick with Yeast cleanse diet

Lemon Olive Oil Liver-Gallbladder Flush #1

Before Bedtime:It is good to have an early, light dinner before this easy cleanse.
1/2 Red Grapefruit
1/4 small lemon
Small clove grated garlic 1 - 2 Tablespoons
Cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut the half grapefruit in 4 slices and cut the rind off.
Slice lemon and do the same.
Throw the chunks of citrus in the blender.
Add grated garlic (optional) and olive oil.
Blend at low speed and drink.

The lemon and grapefruit pulp contains bioflavinoids (Vitamin C complex), but if you prefer to strain pulp out, do so.  Wait 1 hour before eating. That night lay on your right side.

Lemon Olive Oil Liver-Gallbladder Flush #2

Follow the recipe above for a short (2 - 3 day) fast. The grapefruit lemon olive oil drink is taken morning and evening and in between, herb teas, vegetable broth and raw vegetable juice. The day before and day after such a cleanse, eat lightly - mostly raw veggies, a little protein, and raw fruits.

WARNING:

DO NOT DO IT WITHOUT SUPERVISION FROM A DOCTOR. CERTAIN PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO FLUSHING – PREGNANT, YOUNG CHILDREN, ELDERLY, DIABETICS, ACUTELY INFLAMED GALLBLADDER, AND SEVERE LIVER DISEASE.

If your gallstone is causing upper abdominal pain,  nausea, bouts of vomiting, pain in the right shoulder, or if there is a chance of infection or cancer of the gallbladder, consult a surgeon right away. Surgical procedure may be the best choice of treatment.

If you have gallstones and feeling nothing, you may proceed with gallstone flushing. I strongly recommend to have upper abdomen ultrasound first, to check the size of your gallstones. If it is bigger than the diameter of the common bile duct, DO NOT DO THE FLUSHING RIGHT AWAY.

Yeast Cleanse

Why do we need a Yeast Cleanse?

The average American eats more sugar, acid forming foods and processed foods than any other country in the world.  Our health suffers from these habits and makes it difficult for your body to function, heal and recover from other ailments that might attack you because it is too busy trying to save you from the yeast and an acid environment.

Our bodies are meant to be alkaline and because of this fact our body struggles to restore our PH to balance after each meal, unless we are part of the few who make sure to eat 80% alkaline and 20% acid.  Blame it on media, society, education, or the need for 'quick' easy to prepare meals so we can get back to whatever else was more important than taking the time to take care of ourselves.  The truth is, it is easier than it looks.  You can live and eat better nutrition for less than you spend on average now for the processed foods, meals out and medical expenses that cover when you're body has had enough of trying to save you from yourself.  I was skeptical about this myself.  I thought by buying organic that our food bill would be so much more. But honestly it went down. I am more confident now about what we are eating and I have a much better understanding on how each item can help my body.

Candida - Yeast can live inside of us for years undetected.  It can be the root to other disorder in your body and impair your body functions.  It has been known to put out a chemical response much like what you would experience from a hangover, it can make you feel anxiety, lack of clarity and the list goes on.

A great book that can help you completely understand Candida and it's symptoms is "The Yeast Connection".  With the help of this book, detox and following a simple nutrition plan you too can be on your way to feeling great.

Yeast cleanse  (Generally you need to do a yeast cleanse for every decade that you are alive).  For more information on candida you can find it on mercola.com or google it.
  • Probiotics (1 daily - Natren or Garden of Life)

Dental cleanup
Kidney cleanse

Step3

Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Cleanse - Liver flush!
Improved Diet

In which order am I suppose to do cleansing?
First you do Step1 for a few days or weeks, then, if you need a Step 2, you do that, or if not, you jump immediately to step 3: Liver flush.  Some people prefer to start with liver flush first, and for many average healthy people that could be just fine. But, people who have serious or chronic health problems often achieve better results when doing things Step by Step, 1 -2 - 3.
Step 1:  Improved Diet    &   Parasites cleanse   &   Bowel cleanse are to start with ... almost always!   as that is you insurance that cleansing will go without possible problems/reactions  ...    all 3 things (#1) can be done at the same time or separate, while always making sure your diet is free from foods that kill! Some people prefer to start with Liver flush, and for about 50 - 60 % of people, that seems to be OK. But, some people do need to cleanse parasites and bowel first.
Step 2: Dental cleanup is something that you are suppose to do if you are sensitive to amalgam and you still have amalgam fillings inside your mouth, or if you have root canals, or if you have cavitations as a source of infection. Read more about toxic teeth / tooth infections.  And, there is one more important factor: you will need money ($$$) ... dental cleanup can be costly.  If you have never been at dentist, you are unlikely to need any treatment.  Cost is proportional to the number of fillings that you are suppose to replace! If you suffer any of the symptoms of mercury poisoning  or symptoms of toxic root canal or toxic cavitations, then this step could be very important on your way to better health.
Kidney cleanse is something that you do in order to dissolve kidney crystals - kidney stones.  Not all people have kidney stones ... and in most people fasting & dietary changes and the water cure  that will be implemented since step 1 will take care of kidneys too.  But if you do suffer lower back pain or kidney pain ... even if you have never been diagnosed with kidney stones,  you should consider this step as a very important step! There are many herbs that may help melt kidney stones.
Step 3:  Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Cleanse, achieved by doing consecutive liver flushes is absolute must, something you are suppose to repeat at least 3-6 times (if you are perfectly healthy) ... and at least 6 - 10 times if you have any health problems, and more then 10-20 times if you are suffering from Allergies, CFS, MS, MCS, FMS, Eczema, Psoriasis, Acne, Cancer, Arthritis, Acne, Body Odor, Ulcerative Colitis ..  or any other chronic illness.
And, Improved Diet is not to be forgotten all the time during this cleansing protocol!

Parasite Cleanse 1

The Parasite Cleanse

Getting rid of all parasites would be absolutely impossible using clinical medicines that can kill only one or two parasites each. Such medicines also tend to make you quite ill. Imagine taking 10 such drugs to kill a dozen of your parasites! Good news, perhaps, for the drug makers but not for you.
Yet three herbs can rid you of over 100 types of parasites! And without so much as a headache! Without nausea! Without any interference with any drug that you are already on! Does this sound too fantastic? Just too good to be true? They are natures gift to us. The herbs are:
These three herbs must be used together. Dr. Hulda Clark Black Walnut Hull Tincture (2 oz) and Dr. Hulda Clark Super W Blend, 365 mg (100 capsules) kill adults and developmental stages of at least 100 parasites. Dr. Hulda Clark Clove, (100 capsules)
kill the eggs. Only if you use them together will you rid yourself of parasites. If you kill only the adults, the tiny stages and eggs will soon grow into new adults. If you kill only the eggs, the million stages already loose in your body will soon grow into adults and make more eggs. They must be used together as a single treatment.

What you need:

Flatworms, roundworms, protozoa, even bacteria and viruses arc remarkably easy to kill using a combination of zapping and this herbal program. Thus it is not just for cancer, but a general treatment that can benefit almost every illness.

1. Dr. Hulda Clark Black Walnut Hull Tincture (2 oz)
Extra Strength
(see Recipes, page 543)

Day 1: (this is the day you begin; start the same day you receive it)

Take one drop. Put it in 1/2 (half) cup of water. Sip it on an empty stomach such as before a meal.

Day 2: Take 2 drops in 1/2 (half) cup water same as above
Day 3: Take 3 drops in 1/2 (half) cup water same as above
Day 4: Take 4 drops in 1/2 (half) cup water same as above
Day 5: Take 5 drops in 1/2 (half) cup water same as above
Day 6: Take 2 tsp., all together in 1/4 (one forth) cup water. Sip it, don't gulp it. Get it down within 15 minutes. (If you are over 150 pounds, take 2 1/2 (two and half) tsp. Do not take more than 3 tsp. because no additional value has been observed.)

This dose kills any remaining stages throughout the body, including the bowel contents, a location unreachable by electric current. The alcohol in the tincture can make you slightly woozy for several minutes. Simply stay seated until you are comfortable again. You may put the tincture in lukewarm water to help evaporate some of the alcohol, but do not use hot water because that may damage its parasiticide power. Then take niacinamide 500 mg to counteract the toxicity of the alcohol. You could also feel a slight nausea for a few minutes. Walk in the fresh air or simply rest until it passes. You may add more water or honey or a spice to make it more palatable.

For a year: take 2 tsp. Dr. Hulda Clark Black Walnut Hull Tincture (2 oz)
Extra Strength every week or until your illness is but a hazy memory. This is to kill any parasite stages you pick up from your family, friends, or pets.

Family members and friends should take 2 tsp. every other week to avoid reinfecting you. They may be harboring a few parasite stages in their intestinal tract without having symptoms. But when these stages are transmitted to a cancer patient, they immediately seek out the cancerous organ again.

You may be wondering why you should wait for five days before taking the 2 tsp. dose. It is for your convenience only. you may have a sensitive stomach or be worried about toxicity or side effects. By the sixth day you will have convinced yourself there is no toxicity or side effects.

Going faster. In fact, if you are convinced after the first drop of the restorative powers of Dr. Hulda Clark Black Walnut Hull Tincture (2 oz)
Extra Strength, take the 2 tsp. dose on the very first day.

Going slower. On the other hand, if you cringe at the thought of taking an herb or you are anxious about it’s safety, continue the drops, increasing at your own pace, until you are ready to brave the decisive 2 tsp. dose.

2.Dr. Hulda Clark Super W Blend, 365 mg (100 capsules) capsules (should contain 200-300 mg of wormwood, see Sources):

Day 1: Take 1 capsule before supper (with water).
Day 2: Take 1 capsule before supper.
Day 3: Take 2 capsules before supper.
Day 4: Take 2 capsules before supper.

Continue increasing in this way to day 14, whereupon you are up to seven capsules. You take the capsules all in a single does (you may take a few at a time until they are all gone). Then you do 2 more days of 7 capsules each. After this, you take 7 capsules once a week forever, as it states in the Maintenance Parasite Program. Try not to get interrupted before the 6th day, so you know the adult intestinal flukes are dead. After this, you may proceed more slowly if you wish. Many persons with sensitive stomachs prefer to stay longer on each dose instead of increasing according to this schedule. You may choose the pace after the sixth day.

3 Dr. Hulda Clark Clove, (100 capsules)
:

Fill size 00 capsules with fresh ground cloves; if this size is not available, use 0 or 000. In a pinch, buy gelatin capsules and empty them or empty other vitamin capsules. You may be able to purchase fresh ground cloves that are already encapsulated; they should be about 500 mg. Grocery store ground cloves do not work! Either grind them yourself or see Sources.

Day 1: Take one capsule 3 times a day before meals.
Day 2: Take two capsules 3 times a day.
Days 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10: Take three capsules 3 times a day.
After day 10: Take 3 capsules all together once a week forever, as in the Maintenance Parasite Program.

Take ornithine at bedtime for insomnia. Even if you do not suffer from insomnia now, you may when you kill parasites.

At this point you do not need to keep a strict schedule, but instead may choose any day of the week to take all the parasite program ingredients. Continue on the Maintenance Parasite Program, indefinitely, to prevent future reinfection.

Maintenance Parasite Program

YOU ARE ALWAYS PICKING UP PARASITES! PARASITES ARE EVERYWHERE AROLTND YOIJ! YOU GET THEM FROM OTHER PEOPLE, YOUR FAMILY YOURSET,F, YOUR IIOME, YOUR PETS, UNDERCOOKED MEAT, AND UNDERCOOKED DAIRY PRODUCTS.

I believe the main source of the intestinal fluke is under cooked meat. After we are infected with it this way, we can give it to each other through blood, saliva, semen, and breast milk, which means kissing on the mouth, sex, nursing, and child bearing.

Family members nearly always have the same parasites. If one person develops cancer or HIV, the others probably have the intestinal fluke also. These diseases are caused by the same parasite. They should give themselves the same de-parasitizing program.

Do this once a week. You may take these at different times in the day or together:

1. Dr. Hulda Clark Black Walnut Hull Tincture (2 oz)

Extra Strength
: 2 tsp. on an empty stomach, like before a meal.

2.Dr. Hulda Clark Super W Blend, 365 mg (100 capsules): 7 capsules (with 200-300 mg wormwood each) at once on an empty stomach.

3. Dr. Hulda Clark Clove, (100 capsules)
: 3 capsules (about 500 mg. each, or fill size 00 capsules yourself) at once on an empty stomach.

4.Take ornithine as needed.

The only after-effects you may feel are due to bacteria and viruses escaping from dead parasites! Be sure to zap after taking your maintenance parasite treatment. After-effects also let you know that you did indeed kill something. Try to discover how you might have picked up parasites and avoid them next time.
