- Sometimes Sprouted Grains & Sprouted Beans
- On occasion Fish, Range Free Turkey, Eggs
- Rarely Grains, Beans and Potatoes
- Refined Sugar
- Processed Foods
- GMO
- Dairy
- Gluten
- Probiotics - Natren "Healthy Trinity" at least a 30 day supply
- "Wellness Formula" by Source Naturals.
