Kidney and Liver Cleanse

To help my body function better I went ahead and did the Kidney and liver cleanse right after the gallbladder cleanse.

Toxic build-up in the kidneys and liver can have negative effects not only on the digestive system but on all aspects of the body’s functioning. It can cause any number of ailments from chronic fatigue, to insomnia, to high blood pressure, to acne. When you do a kidney/liver cleanse, you may still have unrelated health issues, but at least you can feel secure in the knowledge that you’ve done everything you can to make sure that your system is clean and uncontaminated by toxins and other unnatural materials.

The hardest part of the cleanse is the Marshmallow root tea.  Here is a quick recipe to help it go a little easier for you.

What you need:
1 teaspoon of Marshmallow root
1 cup of water

(or if you'd like to premake the tea use the above formula to figure out how much Marshmallow root you need to each cup you need to boil)

Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan or tea pot
Add in your Marshmallow root and stir
Turn the heat off
Pour the mix into a blender or shaker
Blend or shake until smooth
Pour into a cup and drink - add a pinch of stevia for sweetness

If you have made more for later store in a container in the refrigerator, when you are ready for a cup pour one cup and let it sit out for one hour until it is room temperature then drink.  Do this as many times as you can stand.
