One of our favorite things to do for lunch or dinner is to make up a fresh plate.  A fresh plate is just a plate of raw and fresh vegetables, avocado, berries, and nuts.








Fresh Plate - Spinach Salad & Dip includes:

Salad- 
Spinach
Diced Squash
Sliced almonds
Dried cranberries
Hemp oil / Organic Balsamic

Veggie Dip-
Sliced Carrot sticks / wedges
1 avocado

Protein Fruit Dip - 
Green Apples sliced or in wedges
Almond butter

Berries
Walnuts
Dried cranberries
Raisins 

Date Roll sprinkled with coconut flakes
