Purple Cabbage Slaw or Salad
(Paleo or Vegetarian or Vegan adjust as needed) (Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Sugar Free)
Ingredients:
A handful of Any cabbage cut up
A few Red onions diced
Optional 1-2 Egg whites
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced granny smith apples
10 almonds Freshly grated ginger (to taste)
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Cayenne or Black Pepper
Optional - Grated Cheddar Goat Cheese (RAW/UNPASTEURIZED)
Optional - Walnuts and raisin mix
Stir all of the contents above into a bowl, be sure to mix thoroughly. When it's ready the avocado should be evenly spread throughout. Enjoy
